468th G-View: RPG Real Estate

Ecchi Moe anime being rare is no big deal because when we do get them they feel all the more special. Here we are with another one. Let us find out whether it is more than a visual blessing as we take a look at RPG Real Estate.

RPG Fudousan Real Estate Cover

Themes: JRPG, Real Estate

Number of Episodes: 12

RPG Real Estate at a haunted houseLeft to right: Fa, Kotone, Rakira and Rufuria.

The gist of the show is four cute and sexy ladies working at a real estate agency helping various clients, be they human or non-human, find a new place to live, rent apartment/s or sell their old home among other deals. The setting being a Fantasy RPG based world sometimes available homes are located in unsafe areas where our heroines need to help solve puzzles or battle enemies. Sometimes that is exactly what clients are looking for. Besides business there is also a main plot brewing on the side with more hints dropped every now and then until the big climax where big stuff goes down. Viewers may figure out the truth early but it is still fun watching things unfold. It is a cool part of fantasy stories that are not about grand journeys to save the world or stop a great evil, meaning the world building on the side. RPG RE does it well. When not working or on quests to find homes our main quartet do cute things together or share their backstories with viewers. One of them has greater importance. The clients along with other side-characters are a delightful bunch of beautiful cuties and mondo peeps. Expect lots of interesting people with their own stories.

Kotone's charm from Casa

As mentioned in the introduction this is an ecchi moe show similar to the likes of Hinako Note and Dropout Idol Fruit Tart, meaning a combination of cuteness (cute girls doing cute things) and sexiness as ladies big and smol bless cultured viewers with their magnificent bodies. This is the perfect segue to talking about the presentation. Besides blessed views for the cultured there are nice non-human designs and the animation is on point with cool magic effects and cuteness. The soundtrack fits the show while the OP and ED are cute.

Kotone treasures the adorable FaRakira comforts RufuriaKotone is a fantastic protagonist. Always eager to help and kind to everyone. Her reactions are the best too. Lastly she has a set of mighty weapons. Some of the mightiest.

Fa is the cute one and a bundle of joy. Besides her kindness equal to that of Kotone her special ability makes her an invaluable member of the crew. Did I mention she is adorable?

Rakira is the muscle of the group though that is something she is both proud of and embarrassed by because she prefers to be treated like a cute girl than a badass Adventurer. There is a good reason why she continues to lift. She is also the voice of reason most of the time. The comedic timing on this show is pretty good along with nice jokes and even some slightly dark ones.

Rufuria is the tsundere who aspires for greatness. Though she is pretty much the leader of the group, acts serious and sometimes strict she is a big softie. Like Rakira she has a reason for aiming big.

Time for the main event. Kotone X Fa are the cute blossoming couple. Their bond grows stronger over time. Meanwhile it does not take long at all for viewers to realize Rakira and Rufuria are a couple. Almost every episode drops hints of what they do and how they spend their time together off work. They are similar to Mistress Ria and Shoko from Healer Girl but much more open about their relationship.

Overall RPG Real Estate is another wonderful ecchi moe show with a cool story building on the side. The main quartet are excellent as are the side-characters. The presentation is wonderful especially for the cultured and the yuri is lovely. Highly recommended to fans of Girls’ Club shows and sexy cuteness with sweet gayness.

Man ready Hinako Note still makes me upset at what the author did with the characters on their fanbox account. Very disappointing stuff.

Anyway this was a great and fun show to watch. Really hope it gets a 2nd season. Kotone really is such a cute and loveable main character

  2. You were right, the Necromancer managed to revive Kotone. But, the reincarnated Dark Lord got away. They better announce a Season 2 so they can bring the Dark Lord to justice! The war against her is far from over.

Lady Satona already said the Dark Lord was Fa’s mom and the Red Dragon noticed part of her soul inside Fa, meaning Selenia’s a servant who wants revenge against Satona.

  3. Really great show that I thoroughly enjoyed. Things got a bit serious in the finale, but they resolved it in true RPG RE fashion and I loved it. Kotone x Fa is an adorably sweet blooming couple. Rakira and Rufuria are a great established couple. I would love to have more adventures with this cast in a S2. Let’s hope we are so fortunate.

As with any Manga Time Kirara adaptation, this one was interesting and enjoyable with some nice twists. While I do like the pairings, Rufuria and Rakira is nice, but Kotone and Fa are precious. It’s not too surprising why Kotone is so attached with Fa since she has adorable looks and a kind heart.

A second season seems like a long shot, but there is always the hope. I do plan to read the manga eventually.

    Overall really fun show!
The couples were really cute and I enjoyed the monster of the week….rather, the house of the week setup, since the requirements for the houses were so interesting!
It was easy to guess that Fa had a connection to the dark lord somewhat but still I liked this plot line that was running in the background until it hits you in the face in the last part.
They’re kinda teasing or hoping they can make a continuation of some sort – we did not get a reveal who that hooded girl was, exactly, for one – and well I’m all for it. Give us a next season!

      Great stuff, yes.

Add it to the ever growing list of cute girls anime that could use another season but probably won’t get it because they are not the big three

It’s been too long since I watched it, so my thoughts are all over the place by now, but I’ll say that I really really really enjoyed this one! It was similar to Endro in a lot of ways, and I really hope for another season! Both the couples were fantastic
    Fa was ❤

Excellent anime! Really enjoyed this one as it was another well done cute girls doing cute things but with a healthy does of sexiness as well. Hinako Note and Fruit Tart are good examples as this is in line with those in terms of sexiness.

So much to love about this anime. The characters were all so lovable, the side characters each had their own interesting story and were also easy to like. I wish we got to see more of them, but I guess they can’t spend the whole show checking back in on everyone.

Rakira and Rufuira were an excellent couple. Loved seeing them at home together or just having heart-meltingly cute couple moments together. Ah they bring a smile to my face!

Kotone and Fa are, like you so nicely put it, a cute blossoming couple. It was nice to see how they progressed over the course of the anime and by the end you could see how close they were. Love it!

All in all RPG Real Estate hit all the right notes for a fun, sexy, and very cute Girls Club anime. This is sort of stuff I enjoy watching after a long day of work. Looking forward to next seasons lineup of Girls Club anime to keep the vibes going!

Could have mentioned Rabbit Café as another example but those two were the first that came to mind.

At least they got to reappear near the end with two playing big roles.

Rakira and Rufuria are couple goals. Kotone and Fa hopefully took notes as their relationship continues to grow.

So glad there’s no shortage of Girls’ Club shows. They usually bring us great joy.

Heh, that reaction after being revived was so typical of Kotone. May she never change.

Things wrapped quite nicely for our heroines but they had to relocate for the time being. The funny thing about this to me is that being transferred to another location usually means that person got demoted. Of course that’s not what happened.

Another great Kiraranime adaptation. The cuteness and fanservice delivered were top notch and I the overarching story concerning Fa was intriguing. I agree that Kotone’s a wonderful protag and she and Fa are adorable. Let’s not forget Rufuria and Rakira, those two are a perfect fit.
