Been a while since I posted one of these. Several games with yuri elements came out and these are but a few I spotted. While several of the games in this post are horror themed to some degree feel free to mention other yuri games in the comments so I may include them later in a bonus section.
First up we have Pitstop in Purgatory by TYMeDUST Games.

Looks like a mystery genre otome game with one yuri route. Do not quote me on this but there must be a specific reason I was contacted to help promote it. Either way it looks and sounds pretty cool.
The interested can find out themselves by playing the demo on the itch.io and Steam pages. While the game is already available on itch.io the Steam version will include extra content. Most likely means the itch version will get an update patch or something like that. It is scheduled for an October 14th release.
Next up we have an update on a previously announced game, Kiss the Demiurge by Studio Yuri Eureka.

Kiss the Demiurge is a dark comedy yuri visual novel about magic, delusions, and love. It follows the story of a girl named Minori, the mage who absolutely hates magic. As a child, she wished to become a magical girl like the heroes she saw on TV. One day, a mysterious voice offered to grant her magic powers and make her dreams come true. The young Minori eagerly accepted the stranger’s gift, and was absolutely delighted as magic powers were bestowed upon her. But unfortunately for her, she soon came to realise that the gift of magic was actually a curse, a force of nature far beyond her control. Minori’s magic misfired and both of her parents disappeared from this world because of it. She grew up wracked with guilt and declared that she would atone for her sins by ridding the world of all those who would seek magic.
Minori investigates a fire at a local high school that she suspects to have been caused by magic. There, she just so happens to spy a poster advertising a magic club, dedicated to “Studying and spreading magic across the world.”
The very concept of the club angers her and she immediately sets off to infiltrate and stamp out the members magical ambitions.Features approximately 12-15 hours of reading and three routes to choose from.
The dialogue scenes art look simple and cute and the CGs are nice. The game will feature three main routes. The first update is an available demo for the interested to get a better idea what to expect. Approach the game with a “Debut Title” and “More than meets the eye”. You never know. Could find a hidden gem here.
Download the demo on Steam and for readers who want more afterward the game is scheduled for a release sometime this month.
Already mentioned these two yuri horror VNs in previous posts but the readers looking for more yuri horror VNs can check out the Eldritch Nightmare series (by Jackkel Dragon‘s group Nightshade) with Eldritch Academy and Eldritch University. They are part of the same universe but tell different stories.

Graveyard Girls by Delphinium Interactive.
Graveyard Girls is a halloween-themed yuri visual novel about complicated grief and overcoming hardships. Collect Elle’s “scribbles” to learn about her struggles, befriend a mysterious girl, and have a conversation about death.

This is the old cover of the game but there was a surprise update announced in Soundless: Final Verse by milk+ visual. Basically Soundless: Definitive Edition, meaning improvements to the presentation of the game along with an extra chapter set after the main story. Readers who already completed the original game can unlock the extra story right away after downloading the update.
Download the game on itch.io for free. 18+ warning. The game features disturbing imagery and very strong subject matter not suitable for younger audiences or people uncomfortable with the themes.
Lachesis V Atropos by 4noki is up next. Readers may be familiar with 4noki thanks to Studio Elan‘s publisher division Bellhouse publishing the Enhanced Edition of their debut yuri horror game Who is the Red Queen? on Steam.

Butterfly Soup 2 by Brianna Lei is coming October 29th. What more needs to be said?
Butterfly Soup 2 is a sequel to Butterfly Soup, a romantic sports visual novel about four LGBT+ Asian-American teens playing baseball and falling in love.
Set a few months after the events of the original story, the game switches between the perspectives of Diya, Noelle, Akarsha, and Min-seo as they navigate high school life in the San Francisco Bay Area.
No link to the game yet but it will most likely appear on release day on B.L.’s itch.io page.
Bushiroad is one of the gayest of soft gay studios I am aware of. Their four series, Love Live!, Revue Starlight, BanG Dream! and D4DJ are soft yuri gold mines. Be it their games or anime over the years the obvious becomes clearer and clearer with each new season of their shows, movies and games. Recently they were like “We are done dancing around what cultured people have known for years. Have an openly dating couple!” Team Michiru (who I do not know if they have a unit name yet) has two members openly dating as seen in the above translated tweet. We later got official confirmation on the D4DJ Groovy Mix English Twitter page.
Fingers crossed they are one day animated. Unlikely in Season 2 but hopefully in a special OVA or 3rd season. Until then fans can eagerly anticipate their debut in the D4DJ Groovy Mix mobile game.
I think that about sums up the games and other stuff I can remember hearing about. Again feel free to name drop more in the comments, be they Halloween yuri themed or otherwise.

Fun fact, Bushiroad actually owns its own women’s wrestling company as well, Stardom, and it’s very good wrestling and extremely gay. I’m talking both kissing and intense emotional storylines. @ItsDanaNow on Twitter translates all the important stuff.
