The time had come to take back Berlin but were our heroines ready for their greatest challenge yet?
During briefing Mina announced the team would be split in two groups. Shizuka looked forward to fight alongside RAMBO but her dream’s immediately shattered when she’s assigned to the support team and Lynette on the assault team with RAMBO. Still, RAMBO gave her a good pep talk before the battle.
After the military bombers did their part our heroines seemed to have the mother ship in their sights. It looked way too easy. You know what means. Oh Admiraaaaaallll.

Yeah. Time to retreat girls. Sorry Barkhorn. Less casualties.
RAMBO used a lot of magic protecting the soldiers. She was ordered to return to base. RAMBO being RAMBO wanted to keep fighting but Shizuka’s like “I have orders to protect you. Believe in me RAMBO. I got this”.
It was tough but Shizuka made her heroine proud beating a Carrier Type Neuroi by herself, though it took a lot out of her.
Back at Kiel base our heroines read the news celebrating Shizuka’s victory while hiding the fact the mission was a failure, leading Barkhorn to utter the anime community’s favorite word. Business as usual for the media.
The reason RAMBO was called back was to rest and recover her full strength to pilot a new super unit for the 2nd attack. Our heroines didn’t have enough time to plan their next move as the Neuroi launched a preemptive strike on Kiel base. RAMBO of course wanted in on the action despite not being at 100% yet. She was like, “I have MC powers! I can do this!” Mio was like “stand down RAMBO. We need all your MC power for the upcoming attack. Let Shizuka and your teammates get the spotlight this time”.
The enemy this time? A Carrier Neuroi that ate a Super Mushroom.
Shizuka was like “It’s the same type as before. I know where its core is!” but as we’ve seen throughout the season the Neuroi were more dangerous than ever this season and she got a harsh reminder.
The Neuroi was on a collision course with the Kiel base and our heroines couldn’t stop it in time. Suddenly RAMBO was like “MC POWERS, DON’T FAIL ME NOW!”.
They stopped the Neuroi but both RAMBO and Shizuka paid the price. Will they be able to recover their strength in time for the final battle? Find out next time. Intense episode. We’re at the home stretch boys and girls.
The Yuri Empire 
Not a lot to add to this one, just a solid action packed ep this week. They’re getting closer to their end goal of liberating Berlin, but it’s going to be one hell of a fight in these final 2 eps. I almost wish this season was longer because they’ve only just started the offensive and we’re already going into ep 11. Guess we’ll see how it all plays out now.
