Koukaku no Pandora/Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn.
January 8th Premiere. Like Akuma no Riddle it will get an early preview, in Pandora’s case a 50 minute theater special. I was aware this show was coming. Didn’t expect it so soon but hey, WE GOT SOMETHING! Heard from reliable sources that it’s worth the nation’s time.
Plot Summary:
In an age when large-scale natural disasters frequently happen all over the world, when cyborgs and autonomous robots are beginning to appear on the market in technologically advanced nations and major world powers compete for technology and resources, the divide between rich and poor grows and the future for the poor looks bleak. In this transitional stage, everyone wanders around in a self-indulgent daze and the way out isn’t clear… This is the story of how two cybernetically enhanced girls meet.

This is interesting. Just when I thought we wouldn’t get any subbed movies, lo and behold Crunchyroll drops the bombshell of this one getting subbed early on their site, once again showing I goofed up by posting my picks too early.

According to the Crunchyroll forum post, the movie will be uploaded for premium members January 16th while residents in the San Francisco Bay area will get to attend an early screening on January 9th.
Mahou Shoujo Mouiidesukara. It’s a magical girl show. That’s all I’ve got for this one.
Oshiete! Gyaruko-chan. I think it’s a naughty Girls Club show. Sounds fun. Hopefully it won’t be revealed as a “short” before its premiere, though it may have material for me to write stuff…
Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R. I saw the old Komugi-chan years ago and to be honest I was not impressed…more like I was annoyed. I don’t have high hopes for this latest entry. Again we’ll have to wait and see.
The only non-female centered (het-harems and rom-coms excluded) shows that caught my interest are Ajin, Dimension W and Phantasy Star Online 2 TV…maybe Bubuki Buranki but I dunno what that one’s about. Could this mean OG will FINALLY go to his HUGE backlog? I still plan on going to my backlog.
Again I jumped the gun. Oops.
The Milky Holmes and WIXOSS movies will take a while to get subbed so I hope the Girls Und Panzer movie gets subbed sometime this Winter.
The Yuri Empire 
I’m just sad at all of the stuff we’re getting this Winter. Last winter was so good with Saekano and Koufuku Graffti.

It looks like there’s no successor to GochiUsa or Yuru Yuri.
The fact that we’ll be cut off from the chain of Slice-of-Life anime which has run through this year depresses me so hard.
I might as well die from the lack of moe girls SoL……

Haha. You are being silly though. Because nothing is cut off. There will be yuri and slice-of-life of shows. Just that all of them are scheduled to come out in the 2nd half of 2016 to 2017, so we are left empty for the time being.

Wow, it really is a sad season…

Meh, should be fine, still have like 3 seasons of yuru yuri to rewatch until the next season.
Ajin looks pretty cool though for my non-yuri dosage.
Past few seasons were great, YrYr, GG were favorites of mine. But there are other awesome ones; Hidan no aria, is the order a rabbit?, Sore ga Seiyuu.
So not much of a surprise if for next season, they toned down a bit on the yuri front, just kinda disappointing. Do i have the right to be disappointed or am I being pessimistic here?

It happens. We had two great years of yuri and Girls Club goodness but all good things come to an end. In this case, a streak. There will be some promising shows coming in 2016, just not during Winter time.

I’ll probably have to skip any show that’s airing this season, there’s nothing i’m particularly looking forward to. Maybe that’s a good thing, so i can finish the summer and fall shows i did not complete (shit, i havent even finished Non Non Biyori Repeat!). But i do expect to come back regularly as i did before, there are a lot of new posts on some cool subjects and new VNs i need to play. Also, goddamit, i need to get back to watching Yuru Yuri and GochiUsa!

Looks like the poster up above is right. The list is not done yet. There is a another show just announced, that will be airing this Winter 2016 season. Yuri forums are talking about it now, cause this one is slated to have some yuri.

I’m surprised that you don’t have Musaigen no Phantom World on your list considering that it’s a Kyoto Animation show. (probably because the air date was announced after the preview was made)
From the looks of it, Winter is kind of meh (only have about 2-3 shows in mind0, although it’s probably a good time to finish that backlog.
