Mieruko-chan Episode 7: Return of the Petite

It’s Yulia’s eagerly anticipated return. Let’s see how she’s doing after her traumatic debut.

Nice to see the show is fair with its sexiness. Petite babes like Yulia deserve to show off their yum yum power too. Hopefully we’ll get a good look at her front at some point.

So Yulia’s objective was clear from the get-go, a rematch with Miko. Hopefully she’d be ready for other deadly submission holds.

I hoped we’d get Camera Obscura references.

Speaking of following up from past episodes we continued the story after the incident at the shrine as Hana showed Miko the picture they took. You know, the one just as the Big Kitsune spirit devoured the monstrous giant ghost. Naturally regular people couldn’t see the epic battle. It got a lot of likes so Hana bought a camera to take even better photos. Miko however feared other spooks she’d inevitably see on film since Hana’s powerful aura lured them.

It didn’t take long for her fear to be justified.

As Miko tried discouraging her from taking photography a wild Yulia appeared to praise her skills. Of course her real goal was to spy on Miko as she still suspected her knowing more than she let on last time. She’s right but as we recall Miko didn’t want her to get involved because her ghost vision wasn’t as strong. Also she MIGHT like big guns.

Yulia invited Hana and Miko to a cool spot to take pictures. To Hana’s worry they’d have to go through a haunted tunnel. Remember, she couldn’t see ghosts but hated dark and scary places. We already knew Yulia had ulterior motives.

It started with Yulia thinking Miko’s casual motions were her casting a barrier spell. They then saw some ghosts. Miko tried encouraging Hana to leave but Yulia again motivated her to follow her passion. She had Miko take an “artistic” photo by herself. I wonder which show is less subtle with its yuri, this one or Aquatope? Miko worried another terrifying giant ghost would appear and again tried getting Hana to leave but she’s too late. To make matters worse Hana’s motivated to traverse the tunnel. As Miko called out to her the giant grabbed a small ghost and consumed it. Since Yulia couldn’t see the giants she only saw the devoured ghost slowly being destroyed…leading her to wrongfully suspect Miko had the power to exorcise them.

In yet another misunderstanding she thought Miko’s gesture that meant “Do you see this scary giant too?” was her saying “Top that!”. On the “bright side” as the giant consumed the ghosts and she thought it’s Miko exorcising them the last one devoured was the gremlin Yulia tried exorcising, leading her to think she too could fight them.

As Yulia called out to Miko to acknowledge her Miko took a page from Hana’s playbook and applied the same “devastating” submission she used earlier. Unfortunately they got the giant’s attention. As it lunged toward our heroines the kitsune spirits reappeared to exorcise it. I assume the two each raising a finger meant Miko had “two times” left. That or it was their warp jutsu.

As Miko puzzled over the kitsune spirits Yulia looked glum thinking she’s a failure but Hana used her charm to make her part of the group. Yulia, who was made fun of her power by her past classmates quietly cherished her new friends though she still thought Miko would destroy her were she to mess up. Also she could see Hana’s powerful aura as shown after the ED.

Good stuff as always. Looks like Yulia will show up more often now, pleasing many.
