Another dangerous adventure with an interesting outcome this time around.
The walls of denial are crumbling around Sorao. Soon she’ll deny the truth no longer.
We joined Sorao “whining” again about Toriko “dragging” her on another Otherside “adventure” but as soon as she sees her face she’s practically putty in her hands.
I wonder if our heroines will run into a creepy creep every time they ride the elevator? I don’t mind. They’re all scary, which is the point.
This time Toriko figured heading back to the house where she found the guns in search of more equipment.
Sorao and Toriko brought plenty of rocks to uncover potential glitches. As another part of Sorao’s denial wall crumbled Toriko nonchalantly uncovered a glitch, confirming they did the right thing to be careful and not only rely on Sorao’s eye.
As their trek continued we got a few more “Damn you Satsuki” grumbles from Sorao as Toriko kinda sorta bragged about her again. Eventually the reached their destination, an abandoned village. However, Toriko didn’t recall ever being there.
And there goes another piece of the wall. Even in a haunted village with no clue who or what could be there Sorao couldn’t help but freak out when Toriko got close. Yup she’s got it bad.
As they exited a house Sorao suddenly lost sight of Toriko. Extremely worried she searched cautiously for her. Fortunately Toriko found her in time. Sorao tried poorly to play down how worried she was but Toriko got the hint.
That’s when we reached the part at the start of the episode they were at and got a good look at the “Villager”.
Sorao identified the “Villager”s true form as they shot it down. No time for rest as the other “Villagers” came out to say hello.
There were too many to fight with only pistols. Fortunately Sorao spotted a portal back home and had Toriko “open” it. They barely made it back as the portal conveniently vanished afterward.
As far as finding cool stuff went the trek was a bust but the two may have found something far better than equipment. Another good episode.
The nice thing is we’re starting to see inklets of Toriko starting to fall for Sorao. “I just kind of blindly followed Satsuki around” versus “you’re what grounds me Sorao. I’m glad we’re partners!” You can see where the more powerful feelings are slowly beginning to take root for Toriko.
All the little dialogues throughout are really amusing to me XD And the horror scenes still get me to feel the shivers. Really enjoying this so far!

Delicious. Sorao’s reactions to having Toriko up close are so good. Lovely, lovely buildup of tension.
And the otherside is terrifying. Desu. (This might persist until the next episode of Show by Rock.)

It’s only a matter of time until Sorawo will fall for Toriko’s pretty looks. She even mentions how pretty Toriko looks. I guess that is already sign that she can’t deny especially after this adventure, as she still agrees to go along with her despite wanting to rethink it. I highly doubt she will change her mind, which makes me wonder how their relationship will go from there.

Pretty much. Sorao will eventually understand.

I guess you don’t have time to throw rocks at glitches when you’re being chasted out by angry villagers 😀

No time to think ahead while running for your life.

Sorawo reaction to Toriko beauty feel a bit more legits than we usual see on other girls Kirara, is more discrete but also more relevant in her interaction

Another spooky ep this week.
Sorao is slowly warming up to Toriko and her antics but the mention of this Satsuki still gets on her nerves. I wonder what will happen if they ever do find this mysterious Satsuki?
Those monsters were very weird. I really liked the build up before revealing them. It’s never fun when they just show the monster right off the bat, ruins the excitement.
Another wild adventure in the bag. I wonder what next week has in store for them?

I really enjoyed Sorao’s gay panic when she noticed that Toriko was close to her.
I started to wonder if they went that far out how would they remember their way back? If there are multiple entry and exit points though it makes more sense since they don’t have to return to the one they entered from every time.
