This time we get a better look at the leading ladies, a side-character and some extra tidbits.
Plot Summary: Misuzu Moritani, a socially awkward girl, has the power to stop time for three minutes which she uses to observe people. One day out of curiosity she sneaks a peek under the skirt of Haruka Mizutani, the class beauty, but is shocked when Haruka is unaffected by her power.
For more info on the cast, theme song and other stuff check out the ANN article HERE. The OVA has many of the same people who worked on the Kase-San one so odds are very high this one will be around an hour or so too. The bright side for people irked by the Kase-San OVA summarizing the first series in a 5 minute music video and 60 minute OVA is Fragtime being a shorter story so it getting a long OVA makes more sense.
The movie will have a limited screening from November 22nd in Japanese theatres. Hopefully the wait for subs won’t be long.

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that Studio East Fish has just now replied to my late February enquiry about whether a Fragtime BD/DVD release would be happening with “look at the official website”.
So I did. The release is indeed happening, and it’s going to be soon! We’ll be able to get our hands on the discs in May 2020!
(Preordered a copy on AmiAmi just now, can’t wait!)
