I imagine the writers of the show were like “You know all those traditional Holiday Specials? Let’s cram them all into episode!” Works for me.
Akari the vampire?
Nope. We kicked off the Holiday Extravaganza with Halloween. Akari and Sophie invited everyone over. This time it wasn’t just Ellie and Hinata.
This episode was another straightforward one so not much to fully discuss. We’re doing another highlight reel.

Now we go to the best part of the Halloween segment. So to break up the bickering future couple Yuu reintroduced herself to Ellie.

Sakuya’s encore. Sadly we didn’t get to hear her sing. I’m sure Miss AJ was also disappointed.

Let’s move on to the Christmas segment. This time the main plot was Sophie having trouble picking a present for Akari in case she got her name in the box. We all know what Akari and Hinata really wanted for Christmas but Ellie had a wonderful suggestion.
You say “no” now Sophie but think about your future honeymoon with Akari.
On to the best moment of the Christmas segment.
Yuu inviting Sakuya to a very special Christmas party.
Sadly this would be the last we saw of them in the episode. I’m pretty sure we all know what they’re up to during New Year’s…Oh yes indeed.
They picked each other at random but let’s not kid ourselves. Kumaria-Sama is helping pave the way for their future together.

You wouldn’t say that if you were on Twitter and people barraged you with the meme. Only reason I didn’t mind when he did was because he’s a good friend of mine and it fits this anime because it’s a running gag.

Yes. Trust me. Twitter is more a necessary poison than a necessity because I run a blog and made some cool friends there.
I personally say “ship” when the pairing isn’t official or aren’t as obvious as a couple like Sayaka X Yuu.

You and Sakuya were the best in this episode as a couple.
I do understand why is Ellie so upset about her not being turned few years later. It is a shame.
Ellie really wants Hinata, who seems to be ok with it as she knows her beloved is airhead and mostly interested in someone else. Ellie seems to be fine with being a second choice.

Technically Hinata would be a “second choice” too, so she’d be kinda hypocritical to be against that. Plus, as we have seen, Ellie is very into free love XD

I loved the episode, but really hope if it gets a second season they get full on holiday episodes next time….Didn’t barely get to enjoy the snow 😦
Still, very much loved the episode, and Akari is slowly getting it through her head the disadvantages of turning. I don’t think this will fully stop her, but I think it’ll make it so when Akari truly requests it, Sophie will be convinced that Akari’s making the decision soundly, and not just out of a whim of her libido.

What’s this? Hinata wearing a Wolf girl costume? Now that is one hell of a gift before Christmas, Santa is really trying to spoil me (although this is no where near my satisfaction). Them Hinata x Ellie moments are as cute as a button, let’s hope that Best Girl can find happiness being in love with the lecherous vampire.
Akarin and Sophie are as cute as ever but there’s only so much sugar my body can handle, they gotta take things to another level (not THAT level though).
MORE Yuu x Sakuya please…………….or even a Special Series that focus on them.

Ohh, I like this episode. It makes Girls Club anime history by having the first scene that quite undeniably implies that the girls went home to make love… ^^
First Ellie shows up in those “please just have sex with me already” clothes. Then she picks a fight with Hinata right away (partly because she’s disappointed Hinata wore something that isn’t clean). And then when everyone leaves, she disappears without a word, follows Hinata until she’s alone, makes an excuse about walking her home, blushes in front of her, and takes her in another direction instead (apparently back to her own place), telling Hinata that she’s going to leave her behind if she doesn’t come.
Aww, Hinata, aren’t you a lucky girl ^^
And Sakuya and Yuu got a lovely Christmas all alone… I hope they got lucky too.
It’s only Sophie now who needs a little awakening.

Ellie is sooooooo good. And yes, if only she was a little older before becoming a vampire she’d have a killer body then.
Yuu and Sakuya probably had a great time that evening. Great to see some more of that couple getting screen time.
All in all another great ep.

Best episode so far! The gayness was stronger than ever. Ellie x Hinata moments are my favorite. We can see how much Ellie’s fallen for Hinata. I hope they hook up soon. They’re so cute together. Akari hinting she wants to be a vampire. Baby steps.
Sakuya x Yuu is Canon. Too bad we can’t see the rest of their Christmas. But I have my own scenes on how good it was. Oh yea, so good.

It’s a nice holiday celebration episode. I like how Akari surprised Sophie by trying to dress up like vampire. Too bad Ellie and Sophie won’t turn her into one.
But yes, this episode has a lot of nice Hinata and Ellie moments.
