I told a certain someone that Mimika would return very soon. He can thank me when he drops by.
We kick things off this week with Misha calling for Kumagoro. He happily ran to his dearest friend but stopped right in his tracks when he realized the call was for a doctor’s appointment. The last time he got his shot wasn’t pretty. So it was time to run away but he quickly regretted it. Unfortunately for him someone picked him up before he could go back inside.
Like I said, Kumagoro is Misha’s dearest friend and companion since her mother’s passing so understandably Misha panicked. Luckily for her our dear Muscle Maid was there to keep her head in the game…while doing her usual thing of course.
While our second main protagonist didn’t have as much to do in this episode rest assured My, ahem, OUR CHAMPION, yet again had the best scenes.
After our glorious champion offered her benevolent assistance Misha was able to find the culprit. No, not Yui but her imouto. She wasn’t in the mood to give back Kumagoro so it was up to you know who to work her…magic? Maybe I should say “curse”. Whatever works.
The second half of the show had Misha trying to sleep in because of snow but Tsubame wouldn’t have it. Fortunately (Not for Misha) our champion once again saved the day, sacrificing her well being for the betterment of humanity and the futility of winning Tsubame’s love.
Mimika briefly appeared in the first half but got a bigger role in the second when Yui, wanting the spotlight Misha inadvertently stole from her once again, challenged them to a snowball fight.
The snowball fight itself was neat but the main draw was seeing these two bonding once again. I said it before and I’ll say it again, MiMi is LEAGUES better than TsubaSha.
Solid episode saved by MiMi and our champion.
