Get ready to witness never before seen sides of two of our heroines.
We kick things off with congratulations for Koyume getting color pages in her manga. A big deal for a mangaka indeed. Ruki and KAOS complimented Koyume improving her male drawing skills. They both knew why they all looked like Tsubasa. Of course this being a Girls Club show Koyume and Tsubasa were oblivious.

Seeing Koyume succeeding motivated KAOS to concentrate harder on storyboard ideas. Unfortunately she couldn’t come up with anything. It seemed Koyume also had nothing going on at the time so she was planning on going out with friends. KAOS asked to come along to learn the way of the #Koyumethod. However, again deeming herself unworthy of social interaction, she went into a #KAOSPIRAL and hesitated but came along when it was Ruki and Tsubasa who would accompany them. Tsubasa was dealing with her own writer’s block. Her editor suggested the next chapter be a “chill” one. Tsubasa being “all action” she had no idea where to start. It was Koyume’s time to shine.

First idea was getting meals. Tsubasa flinched a when she suggested meat but Koyume said eating meat was also cute. Of course the one being cute was Koyume. With that in mind Tsubasa had Koyume in mind as the model for the chill princess.

Next up was clothes shopping. Fans can recall Tsubasa telling KAOS she really didn’t care much about what clothes to wear. As long as it was easy to draw she was good. Koyume, wanting to help Tsubasa, took control and became the top for once. She had an eye for fashion and they were in a clothing store. This was Koyume’s domain where she’s most powerful. That and bakeries.

KAOS and especially Tsubasa were blown away by Tsubasa’s cuteness.

Seeing Tsubasa being cute reminded Ruki of how she used to be. Before going pro Tsubasa still liked drawing shounen manga but she’s more “girly” and open to fashion and cuteness. she’s also shorter than Ruki. This semi group date helped Tsubasa draw a fun SoL chapter for her manga.

Koyume put on weight.
The second part of the episode started with Ruki noticing Koyume looked a bit rounder. Her favorite clothes didn’t fit. Oh dear.

After another scene of KAOS being our #SpiritAnimal Koyume asked Tsubasa (looking hot doing pushups) for help. It started off well but no dice. She at least got a nice consolation prize. Koyume’s inability to eat sweets had a worse effect on her than not being able to wear her favorite dresses…and being complimented by her one true love. It messed up her concentration and her work. Luckily her soul mate was there to repay her for her help last time. Put simply Koyume focused so much on losing weight she lost her focus. She essentially wasn’t being herself. The answer was simple; eat less. Basically a combination of “too much of a good thing is bad for you” and “a balanced lifestyle is best” morals. Koyume realized this and focused on improving her work and not giving up on her precious sweets. She made up for her mistake and her sweet tooth continued being satiated.
Koyume found her lost stuff but Tsubasa didn’t.
The third part had Koyume bring her fixed manuscript to school so she could deliver it after class. On the other end Tsubasa lost hers and understandably panicked. Koyume used her “skill” of losing and finding her lost stuff but alas couldn’t find Tsubasa’s manuscript.
I wonder whose manuscript that is? It isn’t Tsubasa’s.
The girls went to Miss Nijino for help. She suggested they split up to cover more ground and for…personal reasons. KAOS and Ruki seemingly found it but it wasn’t Tsubasa’s. Whose was it? The hint’s on the tag.
In the end there wasn’t much of a moral. It was more to show everyone that even someone as composed as Tsubasa has her moments of panic. KAOS and Ruki were happy to help however they could and Koyume again saw that she could be there for her beloved too and it didn’t always have to be the other way around.

Luckily for Tsubasa a kind soul found her manuscript and was looking for her all day. She looked eerily familiar…
As I hinted above the PV for next episode showed that it could be the second couple’s turn to deepen their bond.
The Yuri Empire 
Good heavens, what did I do to get an episode surrounding Tsubasa and not to mention that changing room scene, just pure yuri blessing with Koyume going absolutely bold and beyond. I actually still prefer short haired Tsubasa over her smol days because well…………………….tomboy girls are the best 🙂 .
My God KAOS, I understand that yuri makes u go doki doki but please keep in mind that your girl Ruki was doing all the yuri with someone else so wouldn’t that make u envious just a little? Please don’t tell me that you’re not worthy of Ruki’s love, u deserve all that protection in the world.
Since the gang discovered Nijino-sensei’ past, does that mean we’ll get to see a manuscript that belonged to the Matron? For the girls to bask in more yuri greatness? Buuuuuuuut, if they somehow manage to find out Mayu’s drawings back in the days, the world may collapse. (or KAOS can get a good laugh at her editor 🙂 )

From the preview, it looks like KAOS is spiraling into the realm of yuri manga, let’s pray that to be her primary genre later on.

It’s always nice to see more Koyume and Tsubasa. Nice to see her have the courage to corner Tsubasa and even what happens in the clothing tryout room. Still, I have to admit that when Tsubasa was younger, she looks adorable. But still, Koyume’s love for Tsubasa is undeniable. After all, she said that she want to loose weight so she can wear cute clothes and be complimented by her.
Suzu always looks pure and innocent, when her bangs don’t completely cover her eyes and well, scare people.

It’s great to see Koyume doing better in manga and in love. She got to see the cute side of Tsubasa and fell even harder for her. (Also, shorts with tights look great on her.)
Kaos is still pretty useless, but she loves her friends. Perhaps, she will write the greatest SoL manga ever, one day. I kind of wanted Koyume to turn into a piggy. Some of us can’t just eat sweets at will. We don’t have an artist to draw us skinny again. SUFFER! SUFFER THE HUMILIATION!! YOU WILL NEVER LOOK GOOD IN SKINNY JEANS! YOGA PANTS ARE NOW YOUR ENEMY! HANG YOUR HEAD IN DESPAIR!!
Then, I remember she’s an anime character and I should just chill. Chill in my sweatpants.
I need wine now. And dark chocolate.

So basically the #Koyumethod is grabbing her from behind and pulling her pants down? Any belief I had of Tsubasa ever topping Koyume disappeared after this episode.
Kaos and Ruki could learn a thing or two from them, let’s hope next episode delivers.

Koyume on the assault! That’s pretty much the only way with shonen protagonists.
Ruki needs to use her “model for my manga” technique on Kaos. It’s super effective.
Somewhere during the search for Tsubasa’s manuscript, Koyume was no longer carrying her manuscript.

I’m proud of Koyume. She will get Tsubasa under her any day now. Just a couple more dates. Just like Tsubasa, I like meat more than sweets. But I do like watching girls eating sweets. So yeah this episode mainly about Koyume and Tsubasa. I hope next week is Kaos x Ruki’s turn to shine. Since they’re my #1 ship.

Tsubasa can be pretty cute and as well cool, she’s got it all! Except for, apparently, the “pants” in her soon-to-be relationship with Koyume.
I kept wondering if Koyume had accidentally (or intentionally) put Tsubasa’s manuscripts in her own case, but it seems I was wrong! Though Koyume’s case appears to have disappeared at some point too…let’s hope she just left it alongside her lost & founds items at her desk or something.
Fuura-senpai is good at disguising her true nature with an innocent look, huh.
Next episode, the gay deepens between Ruki and Kaos! Hopefully.
Once again, this show is too good! WHAT DID WE DO TO DESERVE THIS AMAZINGNESS AND WHAT SHOULD I PAY TO GET MORE OF IT.

It was cool seeing other sides of Tsubasa this episodes.
The role reversal in the clothes shop was great and Tsubasa looked beautiful in those clothes
At first i genuinely thought that it was the teacher who “found” the manuscript and decided to keep it.
At the end Fuura in her “normal” mode looked really cute
