Yuri Talk: Madoka – The world after Rebellion (By Shoujo Aisha)

To follow up on Shoujo Aisha’s previous Homura themed editorial here’s one covering the world.

Once again Madoka Rebellion spoilers ahead.


We have little hint of what the world Homura created is like, from the little glimpse we see at the end, it seems like a pretty happy albeit unstable place. Which is a point Homura apologists tend to bring up.

But we know nothing in this world is free. So what’s the cost?

    Awww was hoping there’s an hint of a sequel to the movie, I’m quite surprise at the length of time already pass since that movie and they yet to do a follow up considering how popular it is.
    Actually come to think of it if you interested in more to do with the series, here’s some interesting story Quests: Magical Girl Systemic Overload and Puella Magi Adfligo Systema.

    I’m a combination of every “Homura was right” group, every “Homura is kawaii” group, the “serves QB right” group, groups 1-3 + group 5 of the “Homura was wrong” group, the “It was LOVE/believable passion” group, and the “I’m just glad Madoka’s with her family again since seeing her mother not even recognize her name in episode 12 was way too depressing for me to handle properly” group.

    Homura’s victory will be, unfortunately, short-lived as it would only be a matter of time before the inevitable confrontation between Madoka and Homura will take place.
